The Way It Should Be
Established since 1975 Kestrel Bookshop has been a key fixture to the market town of Sudbury, Suffolk. History shows we were around long before then having recently uncovered some letters from Sotherbys! For a long time now, we have provided our customers with a personal service and sourced and sold specific books for people and we would like to continue with that so please do get in touch by email or phone if there is something you are looking for.

We offer a mixture of good quality rare and antique books, reference books, local history book along with general second hand fictional books.
We are currently building our online shop and new titles are added daily so please return regularly to keep up to date with our listings. All our books currently come from a large private collection and we are happy to answer any questions you may have and supply you with further pictures should you wish to see more before you buy.
